Easy to Make DIY Home Exercise Equipment

The other day when I was visiting one of my friends from collage, he showed me his brand new home exercise room... WOW!!!!!!!! :)

He had equipment worth 1000's of dollars, it was crazy!

And that got me thinking... Is it possible to build your own home gym building every single piece of exercise equipment yourself? :)

I want to give it a try :)

Get Your Muscle Toned While Having Quality Time With Your Kids :)

Dear blog, I have sinned.

It's now been nine days since my last post...

Anyways, I'm back now. :)

It's been some hard weeks with regards to my workouts... As you all might know I'm currently competing against my better half.

She's going all in to get her butt back in the same shape as it used to before the birth of our girl, and I'm doing my absolute best to get rid of my daddy-tummy.

It's not going exactly as planned, but I do FEEL I'm on the right path... I only hope I can see it as well in not to long 😂

Enough about me. As you know I love to Google, and yesterday I stumbled upon this great piece I just got to share. If you're sick of lying on the floor making "brrrrrroooom" sounds while pushing around diecast cars, why not do something meaningful with your little one instead?

My Turn, The "Abs of a Greek God Challenge". It's Party Time!

OK, guys. Now it's my turn...

My better half is really engaging herself in this butt-challenge. It's almost like I get a little intimidated... Is she really going to get her crazy ass butt back in place while I still struggle with my daddy-belly? No way, Jose!

As Promised, here's my program which are taking me back to the top of "six pack tower".

The "Butt of a Goddess Challenge". I'ts On!

Today, I took a leap of fate...

As my beloved one were getting dressed, I took a loooong look at her butt. Don't get me wrong, her butt looks awesome! But as we all know, age and life as a parent is not doing our body any favours...

Anyways, as I mentioned her butt looks awesome, but three years ago it looked even "awesomer". 😂

I love looking at infographics at Pintrest, and earlier today I stumbled into "The Best Butt Workout". Can you see where I'm going with this?

I went and got my I-pad and I politely showed it to my beautiful girl; "what about doing this quick exercise every morning before breakfast?"... 😏

So, during the next couple of months I will be doing severe six-pack molding, and she will be working her butt as crazy.
