It's now been nine days since my last post...

Anyways, I'm back now. :)

It's been some hard weeks with regards to my workouts... As you all might know I'm currently competing against my better half.

She's going all in to get her butt back in the same shape as it used to before the birth of our girl, and I'm doing my absolute best to get rid of my daddy-tummy.

It's not going exactly as planned, but I do FEEL I'm on the right path... I only hope I can see it as well in not to long 😂

Enough about me. As you know I love to Google, and yesterday I stumbled upon this great piece I just got to share. If you're sick of lying on the floor making "brrrrrroooom" sounds while pushing around diecast cars, why not do something meaningful with your little one instead?

Here is some motivation for you!😊

Furniture sliders, talk about dead cheap equipment!!! 😂

But as long as it works, It's all good. And this surely looks like working!

I'm going to try it out after I'm done with this post. Are you with me? 😎

It's Party Time!OK, guys. Now it's my turn...

My better half is really engaging herself in this butt-challenge. It's almost like I get a little intimidated... Is she really going to get her crazy ass butt back in place while I still struggle with my daddy-belly? No way, Jose!

As Promised, here's my program which are taking me back to the top of "six pack tower".

After a lot of Googling, I found this great article at Greatist.com; "14 Unexpected Moves That Work Your Abs Better Than Crunches". Hell yeah!

This guy is going to have my abs hard like steel within the next couple of months!

I really love the way Greatist have every exercise demonstrated within the article.

If this can't get me back in my million dollar shape, no one can.

Enough chatter, I have to get those abs burning! See ya later 😁TheWorkoutDadhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02951595153113330280noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6305468425320587743.post-84274906786841858662017-11-03T11:19:00.001-07:002017-11-03T11:19:28.041-07:00The "Butt of a Goddess Challenge". I'ts On!

Today, I took a leap of fate...

As my beloved one were getting dressed, I took a loooong look at her butt. Don't get me wrong, her butt looks awesome! But as we all know, age and life as a parent is not doing our body any favours...

Anyways, as I mentioned her butt looks awesome, but three years ago it looked even "awesomer". 😂

I love looking at infographics at Pintrest, and earlier today I stumbled into "The Best Butt Workout". Can you see where I'm going with this?

You can find the complete article where i got the infograpic, -plus a downloadable pdf here: https://www.changeinseconds.com/the-best-butt-workout/

I went and got my I-pad and I politely showed it to my beautiful girl; "what about doing this quick exercise every morning before breakfast?"... 😏

"I sure will", she said. "But only if you do something with that daddy-belly of yours!" Ouch!!!

So, during the next couple of months I will be doing severe six-pack molding, and she will be working her butt as crazy.

For the fun of it I'll find an infographic for me to follow as well.

IT'S ON GUYS! 👊💪
In this specific time period, men and women tend to save money on nearly anything that they can manage to. Of course, these are difficult times and money is absolutely starting to be scarcer by the day. Should you be one of those individuals and are wondering what division of your life could use a cut back in your daily expenses, try to look at the expenses of your fitness program.

Individuals who go to a gym are essentially spending much more than what is required to keep themselves in good physical shape. Suspension trainers, like the TRX training professional, are among the longest operating exercise equipment in the industry. It has lasted so far as a result of its usefulness and for being convenient. Here are a couple of advantages of the TRX suspension trainer.

The 3 Advantages Of Suspension Training

Versatility

At a fitness center, there's a specific equipment for the exercise of a specific body part. As an illustration, the lat pull machine assists the training of back muscles while the pec deck works extremely well to enhance the chest muscle. These things are immaterial whenever bringing up the suspension training. Having a TRX force kit, it is easy to focus on nearly any muscle you want without needing extra equipment. Suspension trainers are flexible and these could be used for a wide variety of training exercises. That is the main reason why a person can truly ignore the gym and remain at home instead.

Savings

A health club membership is usually on a monthly or per consultation basis. That alone is indicative that it's expensive. The TRX suspension trainer's fee lies somewhere between $100 and $200 whereas a fitness center membership ranges from $20 - $75 every month. Using basic math skills, it's rather apparent that the TRX suspension trainer is a lot better considering the fact that it will last a lifetime.

Additionally, there are some other forms of savings to be made with regard to transportation. Except if your fitness center is just round the corner, then you'll certainly have to travel to arrive at your health club. For individuals who have bikes, they can work a sweat on their way to the fitness center and not spend a penny. On the flip side, those who have their own individual car should spend on gas while people who take public transit must spend the money for fare. These specific expenses can easily add to the entire charges meant for your personal training program. If you wish to avoid these expenses, then you should find a TRX suspension right now and begin exercising at home.

Space Saving

If you have your own home training machines or go to the fitness center, you'll observe that several of these equipments consume a lot of space. With TRX exercises, you simply need a little space and then you are good to go.It has been a common knowledge that in order for you to achieve toned and defined muscles, lifting weights and huge exercise equipment are a necessary component. Although this idea may be true for others, it may not be true for all. This common mistake usually discourages people from exerting effort to be fit. Most people are either scared of the physical pain that lifting weights may cause or they are just simply lazy to do such strenuous activity.

If you are any of those people mentioned above, a new method is devised for you. TRX Suspension training program is one of the workout training programs available in the market today which is an effective way to sculpt and tone your muscles without being subjected to the rigors and tortures of lifting weights. This new training system is founded on the principles of flexibility and mobility. The TRX Suspension training uses minimum equipment as possible. Its primary equipment comes from nature and that is the gravitational pull of the Earth. It does not use heavy machineries and primarily relies on the person doing the training and the way he flexes his muscles. By doing so, the TRX Suspension training recognizes the fact that in sculpting and toning muscles, the all the work is done by the person as he relies on his strength alone, and not the exercise equipment.

The TRX Suspension negates the usual idea on the market that the toning and sculpting of muscles depends on the machine. By giving a person more room for flexibility, he realizes during the course of his training that the workout does not depend on the machine, but rather, the workout and its success depends solely on him and his efforts.

Moreover, the TRX Suspension training came into existence through the collective efforts of professional sports coaches, military instructors and academicians specializing on the human body. According to their studies, it has been proven that muscles are toned through continuous flexing and working. With this knowledge, they developed a training system, the TRX Suspension training program and equipment that allow the person undergoing the training liberal amount of freedom to move. This freedom is not available when huge and bulky exercise equipment is used. Most of the time, when these big equipment are used the person undergoing the training is confined in a small space. This, according to research gives results but puts additional stress on the muscles resulting to an increased amount of muscular malfunction which may result to injuries ranging from simple cramps to muscle rips. Through this training, you will never worry about such conditions because the muscles are given more leeway to flex in a manner where the risk of injury is lesser.

Conclusion

The TRX Suspension training offers a different and more comfortable method of working out without too much stress placed on your muscles. Achieve toned and sculpted muscles with lesser pain with TRX Suspension training.

If you have your own home training machines or go to the fitness center, you'll observe that several of these equipments consume a lot of space. With TRX exercises, you simply need a little space and then you are good to go.
